4. Bookings for Creative Experiences
Helloflox hosts family-friendly creative sessions such as Hello Buttercreamery, Hello Gelateria, Hello Chocolala, etc (“Experiences”).
By booking an Experience, you acknowledge:
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian unless otherwise specified
You are responsible for ensuring your child’s suitability, safety needs, allergies, or sensory sensitivities
You agree to follow all instructions provided by our team or collaborators
We may photograph or record events only with your consent
Changes & Cancellations
Helloflox reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Experiences if required (e.g., staff illness, safety, venue issues)
If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or option to transfer to another date
For change-of-mind cancellations by participants, refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case
5. Children’s Safety
We design our content and experiences to be safe, joyful, and developmentally appropriate.
However:
Parents/guardians retain full responsibility for their child’s wellbeing
Helloflox is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of materials, unsupervised activity, or undisclosed allergies or conditions
If your child has allergies or sensitivities, please notify us before participating.
6. Intellectual Property
Everything on our website and in our Experiences — including illustrations, characters, videos, artworks, logos, written content, activity concepts, and designs — is protected by copyright and owned by Helloflox Australia.
You may not:
Copy
Reproduce
Modify
Resell
Distribute
Use for commercial purposes
…any Helloflox content without our written permission.
This includes Lulu, Ollie, Kitty, Charlotte, Max, and all Helloflox characters and creative elements.
7. User Submissions (Photos, Testimonials, Messages)
If you voluntarily submit or tag us in content (e.g., photos of your child at an event, reviews, emails, stories), you grant Helloflox a non-exclusive right to:

Share
Feature
Display
…your submission for promotional or community purposes, unless you notify us otherwise.
We will never publish your child’s name without your consent.
8. Products & Activity Materials
Some of our products and creative materials may contain:
Small parts
Food items
Sensory ingredients
Craft tools
By purchasing or participating, you acknowledge responsibility for safe use.
We are not liable for damage caused by:
Misuse
Unsupervised child activity
Ignoring allergy or care instructions
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
Helloflox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for loss of data, interruptions, or website errors
We are not responsible for injuries resulting from participation in Experiences where supervision was required but not provided
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain intact.
You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major failures.
